Violations of this agreement may result in termination of your account with or without notice.
GetCron.com recommends that members maintain their own backups of any 'irreplaceable' content,
as GetCron.com cannot warrant that no loss or corruption of data shall occur.
You may not use GetCron.com
1) in any manner that violates any law, regulation, treaty or
tariff or infringes on the legal rights of any third party,
2) in any manner which is defamatory,
fraudulent, indecent, offensive or deceptive,
3) to threaten, harass, abuse or intimidate others,

for conduct violating this Agreement or other policies or guidelines set forth by GetCron.com, INC. and
elsewhere on the GetCron.com web site.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL GetCron.com
BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE
GetCron.com, ANY OF GetCron.com'S CONTENT, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND/OR ANY RELATED SOFTWARE, EVEN
IF GetCron.com OR AN AUTHORIZED GetCron.com REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GetCron.com'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES,
AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT
PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING GetCron.com's services or ACCESSING THE GetCron.com WEB SITE.
GetCron.com is a registered name, and other GetCron.com and GetCron.com, INC.
product names, service names, slogans or logos referenced in this web site are trademarks
or registered trademarks of GetCron.com, INC. All other company, product or service
names referenced in this web site are used for identification purposes only and are
